The 26th edition of AGROPRODMASH took place in Moscow from 4 to 8 October. Despite the epidemiological situation, MOGUNTIA-INTERRUS was able to make new contacts and hold good discussions with potential and existing customers at the international trade exhibition for equipment, technologies, raw materials and ingredients for the food industry. We were able to register 250 meat product manufacturers as visitors.
Functional additives to improve yield
MOGUNTIA-INTERRUS sees itself not only as a supplier, but also as a problem solver for its customers. Therefore, among other things, functional additives were presented that increase the yield of the end product and thus help to compensate for the strong increase in meat and production costs. In addition, MOGUNTIA-INTERRUS was able to impress with new liquid marinades that have a high vegetable content. In addition, visitors to the stand learned about the new functional powder marinades for the production of convenience articles without tumblers, which enable a yield of up to 110 – 125%. Innovative novelties in the area of fermented sausage production (starter cultures and new flavours) also scored points.

The numerous appointments at AGROPRODMASH with partners and customers were productive, our sales team returned from the fair with new agreements and enquiries, and our technologists received numerous new assignments.
We are already looking forward to the next AGROPRODMASH in 2022!
